Coronavirus Resources for Manufacturers
Coronavirus: Updates & How to Prepare
Purdue MEP is closely monitoring the COVID-19/coronavirus situation. We are committed to you, our manufacturers, and our mission to serve manufacturers across Indiana. Our greatest concern is for the health, safety, and well-being of our clients and staff. As a Unit of Purdue University, we will continue to comply with its operational directives.
We are also implementing the following:
- We will be working remotely to the greatest extent possible. Please contact your local representative to determine if a virtual meeting is possible or to discuss the status of your current project.
- We are now holding public face to face events and training. We are following current best practices issued by Purdue University and the state of Indiana. We have issued a "client site checklist acknowledgement form," to ensure the safety and impact of all participants.
- We are currently working on virtual training curriculum and have rolled out several online/virtual training options. Please let us know of any topics of interest, and what your biggest needs are during this time, so that we can understand what issues COVID-19 is causing for you.
- Our staff is available for free remote consultations to help your company address operational, supply chain, or financial issues that may be arising as a result of the crisis.
